Privacy Policy

Automation AI ("we", "us", or "our") provides workflow automation services for business processes. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when a customer chooses to connect a Google account or other supported services to an automation workflow.
1. Information we access
We access only the information that is necessary for the workflow configured by the customer and only after the customer grants the relevant permissions. For Google integrations, this can include data from Google Sheets and other Google APIs requested by the workflow.
2. How Google data is used
Google user data is used to perform the automation tasks authorized by the customer, such as reading spreadsheet rows, creating or updating spreadsheet data, and transferring information between connected services.
We do not use Google user data for unrelated purposes. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising or targeted advertising.
3. Storage and retention
Information handled by an automation may be processed and temporarily or persistently stored in the systems required to operate that workflow, such as the n8n automation server, its database, logs, or destination services selected by the customer.
Retention depends on the workflow configuration and the connected services. Customers should configure workflows to retain only the information needed for their business purpose.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be transmitted between services that are explicitly configured in the customer's workflow so that the requested automation can be completed. Those services may process data under their own privacy policies and terms.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by the service. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Customer control
Customers can revoke Google account access through their Google Account security settings and can request changes to or deletion of data held in Automation AI systems, subject to operational, legal, and contractual requirements.
7. Third-party services
Automation AI may integrate with Google APIs, n8n, and other third-party services selected by the customer. Their respective privacy policies and terms apply to their own processing of information.
